We know shipping is never the best part when you shop online! Candēlae is only operating in Canada (for now), so we rely on our friends at Canada Post to ship your orders wherever you and your loved ones live. We provide two options:
Expedited parcel (1-7 days), and Xpresspost (1-3 days)

This link is our favourite tool, it provides an estimate of how quickly your package will be delivered. We ship from Toronto, with the postal code M4Y 1X4. Usually, it takes two business days to send in the GTA, 2-3 days to Montreal, 5-6 business days to Vancouver.

Canada is a large and vast country, which means shipping heavy candles across the country is not as cheap as we would like it to be. You will see at checkout a personalized price based on where you live and what the weight of your order is. Once the order is placed, we will print the shipping label and give you the tracking number so you can follow its progress!
